Hi! I'm Janne.
I help people build strength, move better, and feel genuinely at home in their bodies and in the gym. No cookie-cutter programs, no copy-paste workouts: every session is built around you: your goals, your limitations, and what actually gets you results.

No fluff, just form.
I'll be honest with you - that's the deal. If your squat needs work, I'll tell you (kindly, but I'll tell you). Then we break it down together, step by step, until it clicks. No vague cues, no "just feel it," no pretending everything looks great when it doesn't. Just a clear path from where you are to where your body actually wants to be.
Strong is the goal.
Whatever brought you here. More energy, less back pain, or being able to carry all your groceries in one trip, it comes down to one thing: getting stronger. That's not just a side effect for me, it's the whole point. Strength changes how you move, how you feel, and how you walk into a room.
Balance, not bootcamp.
Yes, I can help with nutrition too. But if you're looking for a crash diet or the next "detox tea", I'm not your coach. I'll help you build a healthy, realistic relationship with food, one that fits your actual life. No extremes, no guilt, just balance you can keep up long after our sessions end.
Let's listen to your body, together
Pushing limits is great, ignoring your body isn't. I train you hard, but smart: we pay attention to what your body's telling us, and I push you right up to the edge of what you're capable of. That's how progress happens without the injuries.
